Grand Millennium Auckland

With three restaurants and one bar, Grand Millennium Auckland is the perfect place to start your evening. Choose from Ember, Katsura and Estelles.

We can highly recommend the cocktails at Estelles. Bar Manager, Thomas Short has created four cocktails (one non-alcoholic) inspired by artists featured at AKLFEST.

The Harvest – inspired by Jeff Mills and his event Tomorrow Comes the Harvest.

Corn whiskey, harvested honey, Chicago beet cordial, garnished with honeycomb.

Me’Nu - inspired by Tim Minchin and bringing people together through the art of creativity.

Coffee infused Irish Whiskey, white cacao infused Antica and Campari

Smashed the Fiddle (non-alcoholic) – inspired by Irish fiddler Martin Hayes, just because you’re Irish, doesn’t mean you are a drinker.

Green, lemon and ginger brewed tea, cooked Cloudy Bay Rosé, Kaffir lime leaf, sugar, ginger essence.

Tiki Angélique - Inspired by Angélique Kidjo. Like afrobeat this cocktail is bouncing with the flavours of West Africa.

Toasted cardamom, Anjeo Rum infused with almond, golden falernum, cinnamon, almond milk, bay leaf.
